What is Bidlumo?
Bidlumo is a simple tool for creating professional price quotes. Add your business and customer details, list your services, and Bidlumo calculates discounts, tax and totals for you, then lets you download the quote as a PDF.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up or login — open the quote builder and start working. Bidlumo is free to use.
Is Bidlumo free?
Creating, saving and downloading quotes is free during early access, with no quote limit. Premium document features — quotes in other languages, a company stamp or signature and a clean layout without the QUOTATION header — belong to the upcoming Pro and Business plans, which can't be bought yet. When paid plans launch, the Free plan will include 3 finalized quotes per month. See the Pricing page for details.
Can I add my business logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG logo (up to 2 MB). It appears in the live preview and at the top of your PDF quotes. Save it in your Business Profile and every new quote starts with it.
Which date formats can I use?
US (MM/DD/YYYY) or European (DD/MM/YYYY). Choose a default in your Business Profile or change it per quote — the preview, the PDF and My Quotes all follow your choice. The calendar is always in English.
Can I create quotes in other languages?
With the upcoming Pro and Business plans, a quote's headings and labels can be printed in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Turkish. Anything you type — names, services, notes — is never changed. On the Free plan, quotes are in English.
Can I add a company stamp or signature?
Yes, with the upcoming Pro and Business plans: upload a PNG or JPG in your Business Profile and turn it on for any quote. It's an image only — it does not make the quote a legally binding electronic signature.
Can I download quotes as PDFs?
Yes. Every quote can be downloaded as an A4 PDF with your logo, itemized services, discount, tax and grand total. Long quotes continue neatly onto extra pages.
Can I save my quotes?
Yes. Saved quotes appear under My Quotes, where you can preview, edit, duplicate, download or delete them. You can also export a backup file and import it again later.
Are my quotes stored online?
No. Your quotes, business profile, logo, stamp or signature image, saved customers and service templates are saved locally in the browser you use — they aren't uploaded to a server and don't sync between devices or browsers. Clearing your browser data can remove them, so export a backup from My Quotes to keep a copy. On a shared computer, use “Delete all data on this device” on the My Quotes page when you're done.
