Planned plans
- Free — $0. 3 finalized quotes per calendar month.
- Pro — $12/month or $120/year (saves $24 compared with paying monthly). 30 finalized quotes per month.
- Business — $29/month or $290/year (saves $58). No fixed monthly quote count, subject to fair use; up to 3 team members.
Prices are in US dollars. Features shown as “coming soon” on the Pricing page are not available yet.
Monthly quote limits
When limits start, a quote counts toward your monthly limit only the first time it is finalized:
- Drafts never count.
- Editing or re-downloading a quote that was already finalized does not count again.
- Duplicating a quote and finalizing the copy counts as a new quote.
- Deleting a quote does not give the quote back.
- Printing or exporting a quote that has not been finalized yet finalizes it.
- Limits reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month.
- Reaching the limit never deletes or hides your existing quotes.
Limits will be counted securely by Bidlumo's servers once accounts are available. Until then no limit applies.
Subscriptions and renewals (planned)
Monthly plans are planned to renew every month and yearly plans every year, until cancelled. Renewal dates, reminders and payment methods will be confirmed before launch.
Cancellation and downgrading (planned)
You will be able to cancel at any time. The intended approach is that your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then moves to Free. Downgrading changes your limits and features from the next period; it will not delete your quotes.
Data access after cancellation (planned)
Your quotes remain yours. After a downgrade or cancellation you will keep access to view and download your existing quotes and to export a backup. Exactly how long cloud copies are kept after an account is closed will be stated before launch.
Fair use
“Unlimited” on the Business plan means no fixed monthly count for normal business use by your team. Automated or abusive use, or reselling access, is not covered. Specific fair-use thresholds, if any, will be published before launch.
Refunds
A refund policy has not been published yet. It will be added here before paid plans launch. Until then, no payments are taken, so there is nothing to refund.
Taxes
Prices shown do not include any sales tax, VAT or similar taxes that may apply where you live. How taxes are calculated and shown will be confirmed before paid plans launch.
