Privacy

Bidlumo is in early access. There are no accounts and no Bidlumo servers that store your quotes. Bidlumo uses no analytics, no tracking tools and no cookies.

Where your data is stored

Everything you save in Bidlumo stays in the browser you use (in the browser's built-in IndexedDB storage): your quotes, your business profile, your company logo, your stamp or signature image, your saved customers and service templates, and your document settings such as date format, language and design. This data is never uploaded and is not synced across devices or browsers.

PDFs are created in your browser and downloaded directly to your device.

Hosting

The Bidlumo website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This never includes your quotes or anything you type into Bidlumo. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Shared and public computers

Your data stays in the browser until you delete it. On a computer other people use, anyone who opens Bidlumo in the same browser can see your quotes and customers and use your logo and stamp or signature image. When you are done, use Delete all data on this device on the My Quotes page (export a backup first if you want to keep a copy), or use your own browser profile.

Your data can be lost

Because the data lives only in this browser, it can also be removed if you clear your browsing data, if the browser frees up space, or when you use a private/incognito window. Use Export Backup on the My Quotes page to keep a copy. The backup file contains your customers' details and your stamp or signature image, so store it somewhere safe and only share it with people you trust.

Contacting us

If you email us at info@bidlumo.com, your message is delivered to our mailbox, which is hosted by Google (Google Workspace). We receive your email address and message and use them only to reply to you. Please don't send backup files or your customers' details.

Changes

If Bidlumo adds accounts, cloud syncing, payments or analytics in the future, this page will be updated before those features launch.
